Every 2–4 weeks depending on your water hardness and how much your cat drinks. Replacement filters are available directly on our site. We recommend keeping a spare so you never have to pause between changes.

Yes. The pump runs under 30dB — quieter than a whisper. You will not notice it in the same room, and your cat will not be startled by it.

Most cats transition within 3–7 days. Leave their old bowl nearby for the first few days and let curiosity do the work. Cats are instinctively drawn to moving water — once they try it, most never go back to a bowl.
